Harriette Terrell
Founder – Operations Director
With a background in civil and structural engineering, Harriette has spent over 15 years in the construction industry, specialising in residential and commercial design and build fit outs.
Her extensive experience running projects ranging from small refurbishments to complex architectural and technical designs, means that she understands exactly how to add value for her clients at every stage of their projects.
A former board member of a global organisation, she is experienced in driving and supporting business objectives as well as managing diverse and multi-cultural project teams across multiple locations.
Paul Foster
Managing Director
With a background in mechanical and electrical engineering, Paul started his career at one of the country’s leading apprenticeships with the Central Electricity Generating Board and went on to be the founder of a highly successful M&E organisation specialising in commercial and residential interior fit out.
His client-centric approach is felt through everything he has achieved throughout his rich career and the strong relationships he has built. Regardless of the size, complexity or value of the project or client profile, Paul will always give his full attention to anything he commits to.
Paul values loyalty, honesty, and transparency which he shares with the Team at Terrell Interiors and transfers to his clients and project team.
